What is Country Draw?
Country Draw is a free geography drawing game that tests something most quizzes skip — your mental picture of country shapes. You're given a country's name: no map, no reference outline, no neighbouring borders. You sketch its outline on a blank canvas from memory, hit Submit, and the real border is drawn over your sketch. You then get a 0–100 score based on how closely your drawing matches the actual country.
Unlike flag-guessing or capital-matching games where you can narrow things down by elimination, Country Draw asks one blunt question: can you actually remember what Italy looks like? How the boot kicks south, how the Horn of Africa curves, how Japan chains from north to south? It's a harder, more honest test of geography — and a satisfying one to improve at.
How to Play Country Draw

Draw the Outline
Sketch the country's border from memory on the blank canvas. Use Undo to fix a stroke and Clear to start over.
Submit Your Drawing
Hit Submit. The real border is drawn over your sketch so you can see exactly where you nailed it and where you drifted.
Get Your Score
You receive a 0–100 accuracy score with a Matched / Missed / Extra breakdown and a rating from "Try again" to "Cartographer."
How Does the Scoring Work?
When you submit, your sketch and the real country border are compared in the same canvas space, point by point. Two things are measured:
Matched (coverage)
How much of the real border your drawing reaches. A high Matched percentage means you captured the country's full outline — its bays, points, and overall extent.
Extra (overshoot)
How much of your drawing falls outside the real border. Wandering far from the true edge raises Extra and lowers your score.
Missed is simply the border you didn't reach (100 − Matched). These three values combine into a single 0–100 accuracy score, shown with a rating: 0–39 Try again · 40–59 Getting there · 60–79 Border patrol · 80–100 Cartographer.
Tip: draw the country large and roughly centered. Your sketch is scored against the real border in the same canvas space, so a tiny or off-center drawing will overlap less of the true border and score lower.
